My name is Alexandria, and I am 22 years old. I am a recent college graduate (class of 2013), and am currently in graduate school. I am 5'5, my CW is 156, and my UGW is 125. I'm looking for inspiration and motivation to achieve my weight loss goals! I will add a detailed about me page soon.
My eating has been off track. I’ve noticed my clothes fitting differently, being tighter than I remember. I’ve noticed my face getting a little chubbier, almost like it is filled with fluid.
I’ve gained three pounds since returning to graduate school. I’m not upset over the three pounds (although I wish I hadn’t gained any, of course), but I am upset that I have stopped working out and eating right. I feel as though I have disregarded the majority of my health and wellness activities (eating right, sleeping 7-8 hours a night, working out on a consistent basis, etc), which makes me sad. I always feel better when I eat well and exercise, and I feel as though I am doing myself a disservice by not stopping. This has to stop.
Goals for the week (I’ll check in next Wednesday):
1. Get 7-8 hours of sleep per night.
2. Cut out desserts and added sugars.
3. Work out five times a week.
4. Eat more vegetables.
5. EAT LESS TAKE OUT HOLY HELL (seriously….)
